How to practise

Start with the free diagnostic. Then sit timed sets: Mathematics, Verbal Reasoning, Numerical Reasoning and Reading Comprehension, plus a 15-minute creative piece and a 15-minute persuasive piece.

The question bank starts at Year 7. Use it for Year 10 and Year 11. There is no Year 5 set on Big Brain, so this page does not offer Year 5 practice. Boarding and Indigenous applicants sit the general assessment, not this paper. Section timing for the academic paper sits in the Edutest exam guide.
